In view of the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor that the Police filed final report that was taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar, by allotment of CC.No.689 of 2018, on or after 04.04.2018, the present petition seeking to quash the FIR is closed with liberty to impugn police final report and cognizance report with Part-II case diary and other relevant material. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this petition, shall stand closed.
