When the matter was listed on 20.08.2015, there was no representation and, hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 02.09.2015. Accordingly, when the matter appeared on 02.09.2015, at request, the matter was again directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 03.09.2015; on which date, Smt. J. Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel for the appellants, reported no instructions in the matter. Thereafter, the Registry is directed to print the name of appellants in today's cause list. Even today, despite listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', by printing the name of appellants, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants.
