T. Vishnu Murthy v. The State Of Telangana, School Education
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.41069 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services for respondents. 2.
Petitioner has assailed order dt.21-09-2016 passed by 2nd respondent placing the petitioner under suspension pending enquiry into certain allegations leveled against him.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled against he petitioner are false and that the petitioner is innocent of the charge levelled against him.
4.
I am not inclined to go into the question of guilt or innocence of the petitioner at this stage since the petitioner would have adequate opportunity to defend himself in the proposed domestic enquiry. It is not the case of the petitioner that the 2nd respondent had no jurisdiction to suspend him or to initiate disciplinary proceedings against him. Therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. 5.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry into the allegations against the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
6.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
