In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the letter dated 24.11.2019 addressed by the respondents intimating him that the site offered by him does not meet the advertised criteria and location, as such, his application stands rejected. Though learned counsel for the petitioner raised various contentions, there being no dispute that the petitioner had invoked the jurisdiction of the Grievance Redressal Mechanism by filing Application dated 09.12.2019, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the afore-stated Application.
