HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.128 OF 2020 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A-1 to A-3 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.487 of 2018 on the file of the XXII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Secunderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 272, 273 and 336 of the Indian Penal Code, against them. Learned counsel for the petitioners/A-1 to A-3 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the second respondent-State submitted that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order dated 27.08.2018 of this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 27.08.2018 in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order dated 27.08.2018 in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch to this order.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
