HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.6839 & 6840 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.6625 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of C.C.No.5 of 2015 on the file of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, which is outcome of crime No.222 of 2013 of Saroornagar WPS, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court by living together by drowning their differences and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
