ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside tender notice, dated 20.06.2015, issued by respondent No.3.

Mr.V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 02.11.2015 to the Registry, wherein he has stated that his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition.

At the hearing, Mr.V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, has reiterated the aforesaid request.

In view of the aforesaid request, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 31.07.2015, is vacated and W.P.M.P.Nos.31069 and 41388 of 2015 and W.V.M.P.(SR)No.175910 of 2015 shall stand dismissed as infructuous. _________________________
