This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 11.11.2011, passed in Interlocutory Application No.156 of 2010 in Original Suit No.227 of 2009 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nuzvid, Krishna District, whereunder the petition filed under Order XXVI Rule 9 CPC, to appoint an advocate commissioner to note down the physical features of the schedule property, was dismissed. As per the information received by this Court through e-courts website, the main suit was disposed of on 30.11.2016 by the trial Court, as such, the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
