This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents 2 to 5 in removing unauthorized hoardings and flex boards at Muthukuru Village and Mandal, SPSR Nellore District as illegal and arbitrary and contrary the guidelines issued by the State of A.P. under G.O.Ms.No.18, Transport, Roads and Buildings (Roads-1) Department, dated 18.02.2013 and consequently direct the respondents to remove the illegal erection of hoardings and flex boards. Heard Sri K.Ananda Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, appearing for respondents 1 to 3, learned Government Pleader for Home, appearing for 4th respondent and Sri G.Seshadri, learned counsel for 5th respondent.

Now, the 5th respondent filed a report saying that they have already removed the flex boards. In view of the same, no further orders are required in this writ petition.

Accordingly, writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
