Petitioner claims that his mother while working as office subordinate in the 6th respondent-Aided RTC School, died on 29.09.2016. Praying to grant appointment on compassionate grounds due to death of the bread winner of the family, petitioner submitted representation on 26.10.2016 to provide compassionate appointment. The said request of the petitioner is forwarded by the Deputy Educational Officer, Hyderabad on 13.02.2017 to the District Educational Officer, Hyderabad (4th respondent). On 10.04.2017 petitioner has also submitted a representation to the District Educational Officer, Hyderabad. Alleging inaction on the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is filed. 3.

Since the grievance is already ventilated by the petitioner before the competent authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and keep the writ petition pending. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent to consider the claim made by the petitioner in his representation dated 10.04.2017 and the earlier proposal submitted by the Deputy Educational Officer, dated 13.02.2017 and pass orders as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

- 3 - Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
