The limited grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is though applications were made on 21.06.2017 through online portal of the State of Andhra Pradesh, for grant of mutation and title deed-cum E-Pass Book, so far the same are not granted causing hardship and suffering to the petitioners. 3.

According to the policy of the State, whenever such an online application is made, the same shall be processed, within 30 days from the date of request.

As the time provided is already expired, the Tahsildar, Thullur District-2nd respondent is directed to process the applications made by the petitioners on 21.06.2017 for grant of mutation and title deed-cum-E.Pass Book and communicate the decision to the petitioners as expeditiously as possible, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
