This Writ Petition was filed challenging the tender notification inviting sealed tenders for sanitation work. No interim order was passed when the writ petition was taken up for consideration on 23.09.2014 or thereafter. Today when the case is called, none appeared for the petitioners. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
