No. 4708 of 2018, on the file of the Honourable ll Metropolitan Magistrate, at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri L. N. BHADRIRAJU ,Advocate for the Petitioner and the Addl Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent.

The Court made the following: ORDER

HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.92 0F 202r ORDER,:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A-1 seeking modification of condition Nos.6 and 9 of the order dated O2.OL.2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.483 of 2O2O in C.C.No.47O8 of 2018 on the file'of the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A- 1 , the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify condition Nos.6 and 9 of order dated 02.O1..2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.483 of 2O2O in C.C.No.4708 of 2018 on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and condition No.6 is modified to the effect that the petitioner/A-1 shall furnish only the Xerox copy of the boarding pass/ticket showing the date of his journey to abroad and he need not produce copy of his return journey ticket' Similarly, condition No.9 is modified to the extent that the petitioner/A-1 shall deposit an amount of Rs'1,00,000/- by way of fixed deposit before the Court concerned by way of caution deposit instead of Rs.S lakhs, as ordered earlier'

Further, the petitioner/A- 1 shall personally appear before the Court concerned on the date of framing charges, if any, under Section 24O Cr.P.C., for his examination under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and also on the date of judgment without fail' Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
