This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners / A.6 and A.8 in Crime No.13 of 2007 on the file of Falaknuma Police Station, Hyderabad. 2 At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the investigating officer filed charge sheet in the said matter before the concerned Court. 3 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition.
