THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1738 of 2015 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Pleader for Revenue placed submitted that the orders dated 24.08.2012 passed in W.P.No.26340 of 2012 was already been complied with. Learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the compliance of the order. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand dismissed.
