Ramasubramanian) Obviously the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. The prayer was for the grant of renewal of license that expired, way back in the year 2011. There was no interim order from the time when the writ petition was admitted. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous and hence it is dismissed. No order as to costs.
