Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration (Telangana) for the 1st respondent and Sri P. Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3. The petitioner contends that she had applied on 03.12.2015 vide Application No.3000001284 for regularization of her plot in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.151, dated 02.11.2015, but respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are not taking any action thereon.

Sri P. Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, submits that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's application, referred to above, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioner. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's application referred to above, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
