Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim order, dated 06.07.2007, passed in this Writ Petition, the petitioners were continuing and subsequently their services were regularised and that in view of the subsequent developments, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
