Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the Investigating Officer has already completed investigation and filed charge sheet and the same is taken on file vide P.R.C.No. 17 of 2O2O.
In view of the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition, with a liberty to challenge the said charge sheet itself.
Granting liberty as sought for, this Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
