HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.1513 of 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage the following order is passed. As can be seen from the DVC petition all the allegations are made against first respondent/ 1st petitioner herein alone. In these circumstances, the presence of petitioners 2 to 10 in DVC No.7 of 2014 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Machilipatnam, Krishna District is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their presence.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
