Sri MSR.Chandramurthy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that the order dated 22.08.2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.27329 of 2017 has been complied and also produced copy of the proceedings dated 09.02.2018 issued reinstating the petitioner into service. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
