Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material placed on record. 2.

Non-Bailable warrants are issued and pending after post cognizance stage against A.1 to A.5 in C.C.No.393/2016 by the learned XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad for the offence under section 498(A) and 506 IPC out come of Cr.No.311/2016 of Women Police Station, CCS, Hyderabad.

Hence, this Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to appear before learned Magistrate and move for regular bail because of the non-bailable warrants pending before arrest, otherwise entitled to move for anticipatory bail following full bench judgment of the Andhra Pradesh High Court Sheik Khasim Bi Vs. The State1.

Non-bailable warrant issued against A.1 to A.5 are suspended for a period of fifteen days from today. Petitioners/accused are directed to avail remedies as stated supra.
