O R D E R

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "To issue appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the orders bearing No.Dis.B1/23095/2002 dated 28.6.2002 passed by the 1st respondent as arbitrary, illegal, capricious, violative of all cannons of justice and fair play and consequently direct to extend the post held by the petitioner herein and pass such other order or orders deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this court already passed order on 01.11.2012 in W.P.No.21926 of 2000 directing the authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. Hence, the present writ petition with the above prayer, becomes infructuous. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
