THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.8606 OF 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings No.A/SE/5/2004,dated 15-04-2004 of the 1st respondent as null, void and inoperative in the interest of justice.

2. This petition against the 2nd respondent was dismissed for non-compliance of the orders passed by this Court, dated 29-122010. On 29-03-2016 as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court directed to post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' today.

Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the case. 3.
