HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 17453 of 2015 ORDER:

Though in the writ petition, the writ petitioner challenges proceedings No.2704/2014, Pts.1 dated 06.06.2015, what all the learned counsel for the petitioner submits is that the petitioner intends to avail the facility notified by the first respondent - Government with respect to excavation and carting of sand in terms of new policy. He seeks to dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to make application in terms of new policy and guidelines existing as on date.

Considering the nature of plea which the petitioner sought, he is given liberty to make an application to the authorities concerned in terms of new sand policy, existing as on date, and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
