ORAL ORDER:

By order dated 8.2.2016 made in WPMP No. 37349 of 2013 in WP No. 21090 of 2012 this Court directed the petitioner to present before the 6th respondent therein/contempnor herein on 22.2.2016 with an application along with service record and further directed 6th respondent therein to process the request of the petitioner for release of pension and all other benefits to which petitioner is entitled including payment of salary for the period till he retired from service. Alleging inaction of the said direction, this contempt case is filed. It is now represented that during the pendency of the contempt case, the issue is resolved, application of the petitioner was processed and correspondent forwarded the proposals to the District Educational Officer on 10.8.2017.
