HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.10313 of 2015 O R D E R :

The petitioner, who is accused in crime No.345 of of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 464, 465, 471 read with Section 34 I.P.C., filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Public Prosecutor that already the petitioner has filed Criminal Petition No.5888 of 2015 under Section 482 Cr.P.C., wherein he obtained an order as follows : "Accordingly, this criminal petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner/A.1 to surrender before the learned Magistrate concerned and move for regular bail with notice to the A.P.P. concerned and in such an event and after hearing the Public Prosecutor concerned, the learned Magistrate shall grant bail with necessary conditions on the same day. The presence of the petitioner/A.1 is hereby dispensed with at post bail stage and pending investigation. Further remedies are left open to the petitioner after police filing final report and cognisance taken by the learned Magistrate."

When the petitioner was already granted the above relief by this Court, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the matter.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. ______________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO
