HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.254 OF 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to and connected with the Proceedings dated 2.11.2006 and to quash the same by holding them as illegal and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(d) and 21 of the Constitution of India.

When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent that the issue in this writ petition is in respect of E.P.F. arrears payable by the petitioner-employer for the period from January, 1989 to September, 2001, and that the said arrear amount payable by the petitioner was cleared off under Recovery Certificate dated 5.9.2012, and in view of the same, the cause in this writ petition does not survive.
