HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 3400 of 2015 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A1 to A7 seek to quash the Crime No.15 of 2015 of Reinbazar Police Station, Hyderabad, which was registered against them for the offences under Sections 324, 509 & 379 I.P.C. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dt: 22.2.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Reinbazar Police Station, Hyderabad City, and submitted that the case has been compromised before Lok Adalat on 13.2.2017 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the Crime No. 15/2015 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

There is no representation for petitioners/A1 to A7. 4.
