THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.439 of 2019 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that the police are interfering with the civil disputes by making phone calls to the petitioner, sending police officials to him and directing him to appear before them, compelling the petitioner to compromise in the civil disputes and the same is illegal.

In para 11 of the counter affidavit filed by the Inspector of Police - I Town Police Station, Mahabubnagar, the allegation is denied stating that the third respondent is not interfering with civil disputes between the petitioner and fourth respondent and he never summoned, harassed or threatened the petitioner to get the matter settled with the fourth respondent at any point of time. This averment is not denied by the petitioner.

Having regard to the above, it cannot be said that the police are interfering with the civil disputes.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
