JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No. 17289 OF 2008 O R D E R : ( Oral, Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait ) This writ petition is filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to impugned order dated 22/02/2008 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad in O.A.No. 4745 of 2007 and to quash the same and direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23/12/2006 and to issue appointment orders to the petitioners to the post of Sweeper-cumWatchman to pass other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. It is represented by the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the issue raised in this writ petition has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
