THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 408 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner's grievance is that though he lodged a complaint on 09.12.2017 with regard to the illegal constructions alleged to have been made by respondent No.5, so far, respondents 2 and 3 have not taken any action against respondent No.5.

The petitioner asserts that respondent No.4 had filed Writ Petition No.38437 of 2017 before this Court at the instance of respondent No.5 and the same is only a collusive Writ Petition. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 submits that respondents 2 and 3 would take action against respondent No.5 in accordance with law.

Having considered the nature of relief which the petitioner is seeking and also the stand of the learned Standing Counsel that respondents 2 and 3 would take action against respondent No.5 in accordance with law, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondents and to consider the representation/complaint of the petitioner dated 09.12.2017 and

CKR, J W.P.No.408 of 2018 take necessary action, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after following due procedure and giving notice to respondent No.5.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 18th JANUARY, 2018.
