THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY I.A.No. 2 OF 2018 IN/AND A.S.No. 354 OF 2018 COMMON JUDGMENT:

Feeling aggrieved by decree and judgment dated 16-08-2017 in O.S.No. 66 of 2008 on the file of the Court of VI Additional District Judge, East Godavari at Kakinada, the appellant-plaintiff preferred this appeal.

I.A.No. 2 of 2018 is filed to record compromise entered between the appellant and the respondents in terms of the memorandum of compromise.

Both the appellant and respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are present in open Court. Respondent No. 1 filed Special Power authorizing Karri Venkata Raju-respondent No. 2 to represent her. Both parties are identified by their respective counsel. When the terms of compromise are read over and explained to both parties, they have admitted them to be true and correct and voluntary.

In the light of the above, I.A.No. 2 of 2018 is allowed and the appeal is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the memorandum of compromise to decree.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
