The petitioners/A.1 to A.3 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.
I.A.Nos.4 and 5 of 2019 are filed to permit them to record compromise and to compound the offences respectively in P.R.C.No.20 of 2018 on the file of Principal Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangaon, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 324 read with 34 IPC, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.4 and 5 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 in P.R.C.No.20 of 2018 on the file of Principal Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangaon, are hereby quashed and the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 are acquitted.
