Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 5.
2. Petitioners' grievance is that their complaint dt.12-03-2016 made to respondent Nos.1 to 5 against 8th respondent in converting agricultural land into non agricultural land is not being disposed of by them. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that 4th respondent will dispose of petitioners' representation within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of petitioners' representation within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.
