WHEREAS the Petitioners above named through their Advocate SMT K. V. RAJASREE, presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 3 to 9 in not issuing No Objection Certificates to petitioners to start D.E1.Ed, B.Ed. , B.P.Ed. M.Ed. U.G.D.P.Ed., and 4 years degree integrated courses and for additional intake as required by 2nd respondent for submission of applications to 2nd respondent for grant of formal recognition for the academic year 2016-2017 as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 9 to issue No Objection Certificates to petitioners to start D.E1.Ed, B.Ed. , B.P.Ed. M.Ed. U.G.D.D.P.Ed. and 4 years degree integrated courses and for additional intake as required by 2nd respondent for submission of applications to 2nd respondent for grant of formal recognition for the academic year 2016-2017;
