HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 129 of 2017 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners - A1 to A6, the condition to the extent that " who shall each furnish a Fixed Deposit of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only)" in respect of petitioner Nos.1, 5 and 6 - A1, A5 and A6 and the condition to the extent that " who shall each furnish a Fixed Deposit of Rs.1,00,000/ - (Rupees One Lakh Only)" in respect of petitioner Nos.2 to 4 - A2 to A4, imposed in the order dated 23.12.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 4289 of 2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, are hereby relaxed. Further, it is observed that the petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing personal bonds with two sureties from their respective native places. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
