MUSTICE RAJA ELANGO W.P.NO.27395 OF 2006 AND S.A.NO.760 OF 2006 COMMON ORDER The petitioner in the writ petition and the appellant in the second appeal is one and the same and their learned counsel Sri V.Parabrahma Sastry earlier on 17.1.2017 inform this court that he has given up vakalat for them on 13.5.2015. Even after two years, the party has not approached this court to prosecute the cases. Hence the writ petition and the second appeal are dismissed for non-prosecution of the petitioner and the appellant. No costs.
