HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.36769 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare i) the Resolution No.19, dated 27-04-2012 passed by the 2nd respondent-Gram Panchayat, ii) Roc.No.AEE4/NREGS 2010-11, dated 02-06-2012 issued by the 4th respondent and iii) Agreement dated 06-06-2012 entered into by the 4th and 5th respondents, as illegal and arbitrary.

Sri G.Seshadri, Advocate appearing for 2nd and 3rd respondent states that since no interim orders are passed in this writ petition, Gram panchayat building was constructed and started functioning. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the same has become infructuous.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
