Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.

In this Writ Petition, petitioner's grievance is that her application to be appointed as a fair-price-shop dealer for fair-price-shop No.35009 of Kothagudem town is not being considered by the respondents even though the said fair-price-shop is not being operated through a permanent dealer for more than four years.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents states that the Commissioner of Civil Supplies has issued a memo dt.2710-2015 keeping abeyance rationalization of the fair-priceshops by appointing new fair-price-shop dealers until further orders and therefore petitioner's application cannot be considered till those orders are vacated or modified. 4.
In view of the said submission, the respondents are directed to consider petitioner's application in case, the Commissioner of Civil Supplies, Telangana State, Hyderabad withdraws the proceedings dt.27-01-2015 and permits the respondents to fill up the vacancy in the above fair-price-shop in accordance with
law.
5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
