THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2142 of 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the respondents has placed before the court Proceedings No.B3/12920/2015 dated 21.11.2016, whereunder the order in W.P.No.11862 of 2016, against which the present contempt case is filed, has been complied with and the authorization of Smt.Maru, the contemnor herein, the dealer of FP Shop No.91, Malkapur Village of Nizamabad Mandal, is hereby restored. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this contempt case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
