None appears for the petitioners. However, learned counsel for the respondents produced before this Court an order passed in W.A.No.1023 of 2010 and W.P.No.23728 of 2001, dated 18.12.2013 dismissing the similar writ petitions in W.P.No.13059 of 2001 and batch, dated 05.10.2010 and confirming the same in the above writ appeal. In view of the said order of the Division Bench, this writ petition is also dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
