This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A-5 under section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings initiated against her in CC.No. 915 of 2010 on the file of the Court of XIII-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

2. When the matter is listed today, Ms. B. Nagaveni, Advocate, representing Sri K. Ramakanth Reddy, counsel for the petitioner/A-5 informs this Court that this matter has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication.
