Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

A perusal of the affidavit filed by the petitioner and the entire material available on record shows that the petitioner has not furnished a copy of the order dated 01.05.2019 passed in W.P.No.10164 of 2019 before the respondent authorities to enable them to consider the representations dated 25.03.2019 and 15.04.2019 made by it, in accordance with law under proper acknowledgement, and there is no material placed to show that the respondent is in receipt of the order copy of this Court. Hence, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has not furnished the above order to the respondents for implementation. In view of the above, the contempt case is dismissed. No costs.
