This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1960, is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff assailing the order, dated 01.08.2012, passed by the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kurnool passed in I.A.No.884 of 2011 in O.S.No.446 of 2010. At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revision petition has become infructuous as the suit itself was disposed of on 16.11.2012.

Learned Government Pleader for Arbitration is present. Recording the submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
