No. 368 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed in the nature of writ of Habeas Corpus seeking direction to the 4th respondent to produce the detenu i.e. T. Srinivasa Chary, the father of the petitioner, who is in illegal detention, before this Court and set him at liberty.

The learned Government Pleader attached to the Office of the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that the father of the petitioner is Accused No.2 in Crime No. 76 of 2017 registered at Martur Police, Prakasam District for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 IPC, and subsequently, he was produced before the Magistrate concerned who remanded him in judicial custody.

In view of the above statement, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed as no further orders are necessary. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
