The Criminal Petition is allowed. Petitioners - A1 to A4 in Cr.No.556 of 2021 are directed to surrender before the IV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate cum IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, within 15 days from the date of this order, and on such surrender, they shall be released on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) each with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Court. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency and shall abide by the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Detailed order follows...) ___________________ Dr. G.
