ORDER:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Certiorari to quash the order dated 07.10.2003 in O.A.No.8996 of 1998 on the file of Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, " the Tribunal" ).

2. On 21.09.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today when the case is called, no one appeared for the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner has no interest in pursuing his cause in the writ petition.

3. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
