On written instructions, dated 01.07.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the subject Sessions Case ended in conviction on 07.11.2014. 4.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
