CVNR,J & JUD,J W.P.No.13245 of 2017 13.06.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is a piece of vexatious litigation indulged in by the petitioners. However, on realizing this, Mr.K.Ravinder Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his clients to avail appropriate legal remedies for enforcement of award, dated 16.04.2016, in Lok Adalat Case No.841 of 2016.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. 3.
